Everything you need to know about registering for and attending a Mawa Events training course.
Registering for a Mawa Events training course is simple. You can register directly through our website by clicking the Register For The Course button on any course page and completing the online registration form.
Alternatively, you may contact our team by email at info@mawaevents.net or by phone, and we will be happy to assist you with the registration process.
Once your registration is submitted, you will receive an automated acknowledgement by email immediately. A formal confirmation of your registration, including full joining instructions, course details, and venue information, will be sent to you within 1–2 business days.
If you have not received confirmation within this period, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@mawaevents.net.
Payment details will be provided in your registration confirmation. Mawa Events offers the following payment options:
- Invoice (Personal or Company): An invoice will be issued and payment is due prior to the course commencement date.
- Cheque: Cheques should be made payable to Mawa Events and submitted before the course start date.
- Bank Transfer: Full bank details will be provided on your invoice.
Please ensure payment is completed before the course start date to secure your place.
The course fee typically includes the following:
- Full access to all training sessions and workshops
- Comprehensive course materials and handouts
- Lunch and refreshments during training days
- A certificate of completion from Mawa Events
Please note that accommodation, travel, and visa costs are not included unless otherwise stated in the course brochure. Specific inclusions will be confirmed in your course details.
Yes! Mawa Events offers group discounts for organisations registering three or more delegates on the same course. The more delegates you register, the greater the saving.
For a personalised group quotation, please contact our team at waseem@mawaevents.net or submit a Quotation Request on the course page and we will get back to you promptly.
Yes, registration transfers are permitted. If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a colleague or substitute delegate to attend in your place at no additional charge, provided that you notify us in writing at least 5 business days before the course start date.
Please send transfer requests to info@mawaevents.net, including the name, job title, and contact details of the replacement delegate.
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 21 days before the course: Full refund or credit note issued.
- 14–21 days before the course: 50% refund or a full credit note for a future course.
- Less than 14 days before the course: No refund, however a transfer to another delegate or a future course date is permitted.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@mawaevents.net.
In the unlikely event that Mawa Events needs to postpone or cancel a course, all registered delegates will be notified as soon as possible by email. You will be offered the choice of:
- Transferring your registration to the rescheduled date at no extra cost
- Transferring to an alternative course of equal value
- Receiving a full refund of any fees paid
Mawa Events will not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to a postponement or cancellation.
Absolutely. Mawa Events specialises in delivering customised in-house training programmes tailored to the specific needs of your organisation. Our in-house training is ideal for teams of five or more and can be delivered at your premises or a venue of your choice, anywhere in the world.

Yes. All delegates receive a comprehensive set of training materials as part of the course fee. These are yours to keep and refer back to after the course has ended.
Depending on the course format, materials may be provided as printed handouts, digital downloads, or both. Where applicable, digital materials will be shared with you by email following the final session.
