    • Populate and prioritize sample risks in a live IT project scenario

    • Group discussion on causes of past project breakdowns

Day 2: Analysis, Planning, and Agile Integration

  • Module 1: Quantitative Risk Analysis for IT Projects (07:30 – 09:30)

    • Perform a simulated audit on a troubled IT project
  • Module 4: Final Exercise – Project Risk Strategy Plan (02:00 – 03:30)
    • Teams design a risk strategy for a selected IT project case

Certification
