Course Introduction
Asbestos exposure remains a serious health risk in many industries, especially construction, demolition, maintenance, and utilities. This course provides participants with essential knowledge to identify asbestos-containing materials (ACMs), understand health risks, and comply with Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations. It aims to prevent accidental disturbance and exposure by promoting safe work practices and hazard communication.

Certification
Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion in WHS Asbestos Awareness, acknowledging 35 contact hours and compliance with WHS asbestos training requirements. This is a non-licensable awareness course, not intended for asbestos removal.
