Value Engineering (VE) is a structured methodology aimed at improving the “value” of a project, product, or process by analyzing its functions and optimizing performance relative to cost. This course introduces participants to VE tools and techniques to systematically reduce unnecessary expenses without compromising quality, safety, or performance.
