  • Module 3: Leading Across Differences (11:30 – 01:00)
    • Adaptive leadership styles for diverse teams
    • Creating psychological safety and team trust
    • Supporting equity in performance and opportunity
  • Module 4: Final Workshop – Inclusive Leadership Plan (02:00 – 03:30)
    • Group reflection and inclusive action planning
    • DEI commitment setting and certificate briefing

Certification

Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion in Managing a Diverse Workplace, validating their ability to lead inclusively, navigate cultural complexity, and promote team equity in diverse environments.
