Day 2: Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment

    • Using a risk matrix to assess and control risks

Day 3: Control Measures and Safety Culture

Day 5: Integrating Safety into Project Planning

    • HSE clauses in contracts and supplier prequalification
  • Module 14: Site Safety Planning and Emergency Preparedness (09:45 – 11:15)
    • Developing a construction safety management plan
  • Module 15: Final Workshop – Prepare a Site Safety Plan (11:30 – 01:00)
    • Present a full safety strategy for a mock project

Certification

Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion in Health and Safety Management for the Construction Industry, validating their ability to implement, manage, and improve health and safety systems in high-risk construction environments.
