Day 1: First Aid & Emergency Response Basics

  • Module 1: Principles of First Aid & Scene Safety (07:30 – 09:30)
    • Emergency scene assessment and initial actions
    • Activating EMS and assessing responsiveness
  • Module 2: Common Medical Emergencies (09:45 – 11:15)
    • Seizures, diabetic reactions, asthma, and allergic reactions
    • Poisoning and environmental emergencies
  • Module 3: Bleeding, Wounds, and Burns (11:30 – 01:00)
    • Types of wounds, control methods, and bandaging
    • Burn classification and treatment
  • Module 4: Workshop – Bandaging & Wound Care Simulation (02:00 – 03:30)
    • Participants apply first aid to simulated injuries

Day 2: CPR and AED Certification

  • Module 1: Introduction to CPR (07:30 – 09:30)
    • Chain of survival and CPR basics
    • Adult, child, and infant CPR sequences
  • Module 2: Using an AED (09:45 – 11:15)
    • AED setup, pad placement, and safety precautions
    • AED troubleshooting and voice prompts
  • Module 3: Choking and Breathing Emergencies (11:30 – 01:00)
    • Heimlich maneuver (adult/child/infant)
    • Rescue breathing techniques
  • Module 4: Certification Assessment & Wrap-Up (02:00 – 03:30)
    • Hands-on skills test and written quiz
    • Feedback, certification awarding, and closing

Certification

Participants who successfully complete the course will receive an International Certificate in First Aid, CPR, & AED, valid for 2 years, demonstrating their competence in emergency medical response.
