Day 1 – Role of the Site Engineer in Construction Projects
- Project delivery cycle overview
- The engineer’s place in the organizational structure
- Key daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities
- Liaising with consultants, contractors, and authorities
Day 2 – Quality Assurance & Technical Compliance
- Interpreting design drawings and specs
- Supervision of excavation, concrete, steel, masonry, finishes, etc.
- Checklist preparation and inspections
- Site instructions and NCRs
Day 3 – Time, Resource & Manpower Management
- Daily reporting and resource tracking
- Coordination with subcontractors
