  • Module 3: Measurement Systems Analysis (Gage R&R) (11:30 – 01:00)

Day 3: Analyze Phase – Root Cause Analysis

  • Module 1: Basic Statistics – Mean, Median, Variance, Control Charts (07:30 – 09:30)
  • Module 2: Graphical Tools – Pareto, Histograms, Boxplots (09:45 – 11:15)
  • Module 3: Hypothesis Testing & Correlation (11:30 – 01:00)
  • Module 4: Root Cause Tools – 5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA (02:00 – 03:30)

Day 4: Improve Phase – Solution Design

  • Module 1: Brainstorming, TRIZ & Benchmarking Techniques (07:30 – 09:30)
  • Module 2: Selecting & Prioritizing Solutions – Pugh Matrix (09:45 – 11:15)
  • Module 3: Piloting and Validating Improvements (11:30 – 01:00)

Day 5: Control Phase – Sustaining Results

  • Module 1: Control Plans, Checklists, and SOPs (07:30 – 09:30)
  • Module 2: Statistical Process Control (SPC) & Control Charts (09:45 – 11:15)
  • Module 3: Project Closure and Documentation (11:30 – 01:00)
  • Module 4: Final Exam, Certification Wrap-Up & Action Planning (02:00 – 03:30)

Certification

Participants will be awarded a Certificate in Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB) upon successful completion of assessments and participation. The course aligns with international Six Sigma Green Belt standards and supports further progression to Black Belt qualification.
