Module 3: Planning Agile Projects (11:30 – 01:00)

  • Creating the product backlog and user stories
  • Estimating using story points and planning poker
  • Release planning and roadmaps

Module 4: Workshop – Sprint Planning Simulation (02:00 – 03:30)

  • Teams plan a 2-week sprint and define success metrics

Day 2: Execution, Metrics, and Continuous Delivery

Module 5: Executing Agile Projects (07:30 – 09:30)
