Format: 3–4 Learning Modules daily | Coffee Breaks at 09:30 & 11:15 | Lunch Buffet at 01:00 – 02:00

Day 1: Introduction to Whistleblowing and ISO 37002

  • Overview of ISO 37002:2021 and its guiding principles
  • Role of whistleblowing in corporate integrity and risk management

Day 2: Planning a Whistleblowing Management System (WMS)

  • Defining scope, objectives, and policies
  • Engaging leadership and stakeholders
  • Integrating whistleblowing with ethics and compliance functions

Day 3: Establishing and Operating WMS

  • Setting up secure, confidential, and anonymous reporting channels
  • Roles, responsibilities, and case handling protocols
  • Managing and investigating reports fairly and effectively

Day 4: Monitoring and Evaluating the System
