  • Examples of Lean waste in real operations
  • Process mapping and identifying bottlenecks
  • Module 3: The Lean Leader’s Role (11:30 – 01:00)
  • From firefighting to coaching
  • Daily management, standard work, and visual controls
  • Lean behaviors and team influence
  • Module 4: Group Simulation – Gemba Walk Observation (02:00 – 03:30)
  • Simulate a site walk and waste identification in a logistics environment

Day 2: Performance, Culture & Leading Change

  • Module 5: Visual Management and Team Engagement (07:30 – 09:30)
  • Using visual KPIs, scoreboards, and status boards
  • Tiered huddles and frontline communication
  • Empowering teams through visibility and ownership
  • Module 6: Lean Problem Solving and Coaching (09:45 – 11:15)
