• Documentation, audits, and continual improvement cycles - Module 3: Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) (11:30 – 01:00)
• ITP structure, hold points, sign-offs, and field inspections - Module 4: Workshop – Create a Project-Specific ITP (02:00 – 03:30)
• Participants draft a real-world ITP for their scope
Day 2: Quality Implementation and Control
- Module 5: Non-Conformance Management (07:30 – 09:30)
• NCRs, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions - Module 6: Site Inspections, Checklists & Documentation (09:45 – 11:15)
• Site quality verification, checklists, reporting, and sign-off - Module 7: Contractor/Subcontractor Quality Oversight (11:30 – 01:00)
• Evaluating and managing third-party compliance - Module 8: Workshop – Audit and Closeout Simulation (02:00 – 03:30)
• Simulate an inspection and prepare for quality closeout
Certification
Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion in Managing Quality for Construction Professionals, validating their ability to implement, manage, and continuously improve construction quality systems in accordance with industry and regulatory standards.
