Day 2: Tools for Continuous Improvement
- Module 4: Lean and Kaizen Techniques (07:30 – 09:30)
• Standard work, 5S, visual management
• Rapid improvement events - Module 5: Root Cause Analysis and Prioritization (09:45 – 11:15)
• Fishbone diagrams, 5 Whys, and Pareto analysis
