Day 1: Lean Leadership Fundamentals and Organizational Transformation
Module 1: Introduction to Lean Leadership (07:30 – 09:30)

Module 2: Leading Change with Lean Principles (09:45 – 11:15)

Module 3: Workshop – Developing a Lean Leadership Mindset (11:30 – 01:00)

Day 2: Advanced Lean Tools and Value Stream Mapping

• Introduction to Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and its role in Lean transformations
• Analyzing current state maps and identifying value-added vs. non-value-added activities
• Creating future state maps and optimizing processes

• Using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify underlying issues
• Developing and implementing corrective actions through A3 methodology

Module 8: Lean Problem Solving Tools (09:45 – 11:15)
• Advanced problem-solving tools: 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA)
• Engaging teams in Lean problem-solving techniques
• Prioritizing issues and selecting the right solutions

Module 9: Workshop – A3 Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis (11:30 – 01:00)
• Participants will work in groups to apply A3 problem-solving and RCA to a case study

Day 4: Lean Leadership for Teams and Organizational Culture
