Day 2: Implementation and Performance Improvement
- Module 4: Conducting a CMMI-Based Assessment (07:30 – 09:30)
• Gap analysis and process documentation practices - Module 5: CMMI Appraisal Preparation and Reporting (09:45 – 11:15)
• Appraisal methods (SCAMPI), evidence gathering - Module 6: Workshop – Build an Improvement Roadmap (11:30 – 01:00)
