  • Structure and delivery of effective safety briefings
  • Communication techniques and worker engagement

Module 4: Exercise – Hazard Spotting and Communication Practice (02:00 – 03:30)

Day 2: Incident Management and Safety Culture

Module 5: Incident and Near-Miss Reporting (07:30 – 09:30)

Module 6: Supervising Permit-to-Work and Safety Systems (09:45 – 11:15)
