Course Introduction
This course provides participants with the skills and knowledge required to collect specimens for drug testing in compliance with national standards and chain of custody procedures. It focuses on the correct techniques for collecting urine, oral fluid, and breath specimens in a legally defensible and professional manner.
Participants will learn how to manage the collection process in accordance with Australian Standards (AS/NZS 4308:2008 and AS/NZS 4760:2019), including appropriate documentation, privacy, and integrity procedures essential in workplace, legal, and clinical settings.
